Living in Program

Are you interested in how our daily life works, what we do, how we bake sourdough bread, cook and run the Villa Muzika project? Join us on a free active holiday.

We are happy to hear from anyone who is interested in our way of life and is willing to share in it with us for at least two weeks or, even better, for a longer period of time. Help is welcome in the garden, with maintenance, housekeeping, caring for animals, cats, dogs, chickens. We expect somewhere around six hours a day of help. The work is voluntary and by arrangement; there is enough free time left for walks, cycling and swimming etc. It is desirable that our assistant speaks English, is used to animals, does well in a variety of situations, is self-organised, feels good alone and in company, is vegan or accepts such a diet during our time together. 

It is different in every season. When it’s tourist season, we need someone on reception, in the spring and autumn to help in the garden, in the winter mostly to guard the house. You get your own room and use of a shared bathroom and kitchen, and in the kitchen you will have at least one hot meal a day waiting for you, usually lunch. You take care of the rest yourself.
